Myofascial Release Workshop

This Myofascial Release Course is a 2 day workshop that takes place at Golden Egg Holistic, Portlaoise, in which you can learn and practice effective release techniques for the treatment of:

  • Hip

  • Knee

  • Shoulder

  • Neck

  • Ankle

  • Low Back

Finding pain in a person is easy. 

Effecting a change in the tissues such that the person gains relief is what the person really wants. 

It is designed such that you can take these techniques back to your own practice and start using and refining them straight away.

A course book and a link is supplied to tuition videos, as an aide memoire, which covers key parts of the course.
